1. How can I check items availability?
All our products have an information about availability below the photo:

  • out of stock – 0 items in stock, but you can ask us about ability in the future
  • low in stock – last items in stock – enjoy shopping!
  • average amount – a few/dozen number of products
  • large number of products – we have enough product in stock to handle many orders
  • expected delivery - product will be available soon
  • withdrawn from the offer - the product is not available in our store

2. How can I check my order status?
We will sent you an email with information about the progress of your order. What is more,
when you log in account, you can see all details about your last orders, for example: status,
content, addresses, etc.

3. How long does the delivery take?
We will receive an email with your order information immediately after placing you order.
We will inform you about the status of your order by an email.

4. What kind of delivery you offer?

  • Delivery company DPD
  • Parcel locker
  • Polish Post – foreign parcel

5. How much the delivery costs?
The total cost of order delivery will be known when you add products to your shopping cart and choose the form of delivery and method of payment you are interested in - you will see the exact value to be paid in the summary. Depending on the chosen form of payment (prepayment or cash on delivery) and the way of delivery, the cost of shipping is from a few
to several zloty.

6. How can I pay for my order?
You can choose one of the following payment methods:

  • prepayment – money transfer
  • cash on delivery
  • electronic payment (payU)

7. What are the discount coupons?
We often prepare for our customers an extra promotions and offer them some kind of discount coupons. The discount coupons are the codes, which you must write in to the special area in your basket to get the discount.

Remember - most of the discount coupons have the period of validity.

8. What is “save for later”?

The repository is a place, where you can put the products, which you are not sure to buy. Only register customers can use this option. When you log in next time you will find all the save for later products and decide to buy or
not to buy them.

9. Can I get the invoice?
Yes, you can.

10. How can I change my order?
You can modify your order until you finish complete it. After confirm the modify is impossible by yourself. Only way to change some details in your order this time is phone contact with us.

11. I made an incorrect order. How can I cancel it?
You can cancel your order until you finish complete it. After confirm cancel is impossible by yourself. Only way to cancel your order this time is phone contact with us.

12. I have a trouble with an ordered product. What’s now?
Always check the parcel before you take it. If the package are damage, you can refuse it and contact with us.
If you want to claim about the product, you have to make sure where you should claim - to our store or to the manufacture. The details about that you can find in the guarantee card or in the description below the product.

13. Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return items within 14 days beginning on the date of receive. The return products have to be in perfect conditions without usage marks. The returned parcel must contain all labels, receipt and original wrapper.
