The product is unavailable. Does this mean that I can make a reservation for it?
This functionality allows you to place an automatic order when the product is back on sale. In this case, the product will be sent to the customer via cash on delivery.

Can I use the repository at the MARSALA boutique? How do I add the product to the repository?
Yes. You can view your repository after logging into the customer's account.
You can put the products on the list by clicking "Add to repository".

 

INVOICE OR RECEIPT? HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT? METHODS AND DEADLINES
Can I get a VAT invoice for purchases at the MARSALA boutique?
Yes. Please provide relevant information when placing the order.
It is best to enter it in the "Comments" field.

At what stage of placing the order do I actually declare the need to pay and collect the package?
Please click the "Order with obligation to pay and collect" when submitting your order.

How will the invoice or receipt be delivered to me?
We will include it in the package with your order.

Can I reduce shipping costs by buying in MARSALA boutique?
Yes. After making a purchase of over PLN 300, the shipping costs will be PLN 0.

What are the payment options?
At MARSALA boutique, you can order a COD package or pay for the order via imoje.pl (BLIK, online transfers, cards),
payu.pl, Twisto, PayPal or a regular transfer.

Does MARSALA boutique offer a deferred payment option?

Where can I find the current order status?
Information about order acceptance and execution are delivered to customers by e-mail.

Which courier services are used by the MARSALA boutique?
Our parcels are delivered via DPD and InPost.
Foreign orders are sent via Poczta Polska.

How long does it usually take for orders to be delivered?
In Poland it is usually from 1 to 3 business days, and abroad not more than 5 business days.

How can I make a complaint or return the ordered products?

How long does it usually take for the refund money to reach the
customer's account?
Up to 14 business days from the time we receive a complaint or return statement. Importantly, we must also receive the advertised/returned products during this time.

Who will cover the shipping costs when the order is returned?
The customer making a return or complaint.
