How to buy?

Step 1 The choice of products

• browse the category list or use the search to select the suitable product
• open the page with the item(s) you are interested in - there you find the details about the product – size, composition, etc.
• remember – the register customers can save their products in the “repository”
• select an item and add it to your shopping card; then you can continue shopping or proceed with the order
• if you complete your order go to the shopping card

Step 2 The bag content

• in the shopping card you can see the items you order
• you can change the number of items you want to buy
• you can remove the item from your bag
• check your order
• choose delivery and payment method
• if you have a discount coupon, enter it below to use it
• confirm the order and click “buy”

Step 3 Order

• if you have an account, input your details and click “log in”
• if you don’t have an account, choose the option “register in” or make an order like a guest remember: registered users have a lot of prerogatives, for example:
  
  • possibility to look into the delivery status and the history of orders
  • not necessity to enter their personal details again
  • opportunity to get individual discount or promotions
• enter your name, surname and contact details
• add the delivery address
• any extra information you can put into the “note” area
• click “resume” and see all of your order information
• confirm your shopping by click “order”
• receive an email and click the confirmatory link.

Remember – only register customers can truck their order status.
